CAP_SYS_RESOURCE troubleshooting not working

I followed the instructions given here. And see this output. Anyone can help? My log file doesn't have a line like the one given above in the wiki. The difference is that it shows resource+eip rather than resource=eip

Your /home is mounted with nosuid. This is not supported by noisetorch. See this slightly more in-depth answer. Unfortunately i cannot provide any further help on this, sorry.
