Refresh data on a Sunday

Grab the next week's timetable if the current day is Sunday

• Will need to change view to set Sunday to the first day of the week
• Can potentially use background refresh, otherwise try background refresh when user loads TT
• Check if last load crashed, don't do it if so
• Code for selecting next week is present in loginViewController, but is commented and unused.
