Time between days still not syncing correctly #54

Some days sync, others don't until you've scrolled. Maybe neighbours aren't synced, but next one out is?

This seems to work fine on phone (iphone 6, ios 9.3.3), but not in simulators on ios 11

This issue pertains to each day being scrolled to the same time as the one before it when you swipe across to the day. This is so the currently-scrolled-to time is consistent, and only changes when the user swipes.
