Clean the code base from dead and not needed code

There are multiple places, where we have:

• commented code
• old not used files

It's time to clean this. If some code it not used, it should be removed at this point. If it will be needed later - don't worry, it could be extracted from git. If some commented or not working code was not fixed to this point, this means, it is not so trivial to do or not so important. Let's make codebase of this project pretty! :)
