Add a repository name to the repository URL on the project page #134

As a portfolio author, I want to set a custom name for the repository URL on the project page so that the repository link is hidden under a shorter name.

Acceptance Criteria

# Repository Name Repository URL Effect
1 yes yes Repository Name is visible with Repository URL as a link
2 yes no The repository section is not visible
3 no yes Repository URL is visible as a name and a link
4 no no The repository section is not visible
