WebMaster Tools - Bulk URL Removal automatically stopping

Hi,

I've recently purchased the WebMaster Tools - Bulk URL Removal extension for Google Chrome, and while I'm trying to remove the URLs from my website, your extension is randomly stopping its operation. Sometimes, I submit 2-3 links, sometimes 1, and sometimes 10. I've tried clearing the cache and changing the file name etc, but nothing changed. Kindly suggest a solution. It has been very annoying to operate this way.

The google search console page has to be the active tab in your browser window. Did you tab away? You can drag the tab into its own window, so that you still have access to the rest of your browser.

Hi,

I do keep the browser open and then open a new tab to work on different stuff. I'm now trying to do it on a new browser while keeping the tab with WebMaster Tools - Bulk URL Removal operation. Let's see how it goes. I'll keep you posted.

Hello again. I kept the browser open and didn't do anything else, and it worked. But now, when I'm submitting any csv file, it's only increasing the error count and not inserting any URL for removal. Below is a screenshot of the error csv.

Basically, you have additional columns that the extension is not expecting. Please remove the date column. You most likely just need one column.

Are you the owner of gamescreed.com? I bet that if you manually submit one of the urls in gsc, it will give you the same error.

Can you try submitting one url without the www? If that works, remove www from all the urls.

Yes, I'm the owner of gamescreed.com. I've tried submitting one URL with WWW and it worked (highlighted one).

Since Google has flagged URLs with www (see below) will it be okay to submit them without WWW?

Hmm..if it works by submitting it manually, it should also work with the extension.
