FastGA configs Zero ECDF on OneMAx #57

Double check FastGA configurations that output an ECDF sum of zero on OneMax.

Run OneMax (--problem=0) for all combinations, and check if some operator instances are involved in zero performance. On OneMax with random init, it should never be far lesser than n/2 ECDF sum.
