[X] Increment version string from 0.1.9 to 0.2.0 (not fully semantic, will get there).
[X] Remove extraneous blank lines in TXT template.
[X] Run 'Prettier' formatter against HTML.
[X] Test functionality.
[X] Incorporate gitattribute forced CRLF.
