I would really like to see a feature that adds a back to the top link next to every header so that its easy to jump back to the TOC on top of the page.
This would be really useful on longer pages with a lot of headers. In my case a have a documentation for the whole api of my project that I use very frequently but it gets annoying to scroll back up all the way to find the next.
