Handover experiments #1

Hi, if I want to perform handover experiments, can the simulator configure the handover parameters of the base station such as handover threshold, offset and some cell parameters?

Hi!

The current version doesn't consider any handover, its still a work in progress in an initial stage. As soon as we add some handover functionality, we will add the how to in the wiki.
