Work started on a new utility, adding multi-interface capable micro-segmentation capability to a DANM managed Kubernetes cluster.
This PR adds the new CRD which will control the functionality, together with the related client-go generated boilerplate.
Any resemblance to the NetworkPolicy API is purely coincidental :)
