Add support for python3

Make code compatible to python3.
Fix RPM spec to actually build on real targets and build packages for both python2 and python3.
Ditch stdeb to achieve the same for debian source.
Tweak tests to be compatible with python3.
Rework build process on travis to be capable of building both python2- and python3 binary packages.
Fixed several rpmlint warnings that popped up when building on real targets.

As a side effect of the build process rework, this PR fixes #24

To enable build of binary packages in travis, set a variable BUILD_BIN_PKGS in the travis settings to yes
The spec file is now generated at build time on travis. (Setting the version and changelog). In the original, the version was set via cmdline which is not properly reproduceable on standalone target systems.
Same goes for the debian stuff. stdeb generated utterly broken debian/control which missed most of the build dependencies. Those packages could not be built on real targets.

Not really, if the owner/maintainer does not respond for more than 2 years, you can consider this repo abandoned. At least I did.
