Auto-generate message-id #4

The extension should auto-generate the message id.

Hi Jeff (@jgroom33),

Please let me know, what you've got in mind. Do you want to use a placeholder like __msgid__ that is automatically replaced by an auto-generated message-id? Or do you imply, that the extension should be smart enough to add the RPC header (if missed) or just the message-id entry, if the is missing the corresponding XML attribute.

For now, would capture this as a new feature.

I think the message Id should be Auto generated. No placeholder. Just add it automatically.
