Is there any way to convert heic to hevc? like extracting heif and finding hevc data

Hi, me too i'm interested. I found this two repository, the second is ok but i can't extract data from newest iphone. the first one doesn't run in my environment.

If you want I just updated the heic2hevc version in my GitHub fork new heic2hevc version
