Fix missing trailing slash in GNOME circle link #355

The previous link resulted in a redirect

Hi, thanks for the PR. Both version redirect to https://apps.gnome.org/Resources/ for me, am I missing something?

I know they redirect, but that's the whole point of this; to get rid of the redirect even if it's behind varnish, it's a 302 redirect not a permanent one. :)
