Add multiband split frequency slider on GUI

Due to time limit it's not very likely that we can implement fancy spectrum. But we need to at least add split frequency sliders in GUI.

[x] Initialize sliders in PluginEditor
[x] Connect them to the corresponding parameters in PluginProcessor (how to handle update?)
[x] Change the parameters to read in log scale

Slider of split frequencies are now in logarithmic scale & automatically changes to kHz when the slider is > 1000Hz.
