I changed my mind - I'm going to re-separate rumors and auto-msg into their own separate mods. :)

Now I'm thinking about keeping them together but having them stored in the JSON database. This would allow greater control over customizing via themes, but at the same time makes it far more complected. Not sure which route to take yet.
