@bnaras Taking a quick look at the warnings you shared, seems like most can be suppressed with some explicit suppression calls - created a new branch with those added: https://github.com/nolanlab/Rclusterpp/commit/6a172904a8d401a7ade1e8fdcba17980cf681d5e
However, I'm not sure this would fly for CRAN submission. Do you have a sense as to whether or not this approach would be acceptable?
