Marker plots should include expression of all markers not just clustering markers #38

It's useful to see how all the markers are distributed across the clusters not just the clustering markers. For example, you might want to know which cells are producing a particular cytokine (you would not use the cytokine to cluster but you want to know which cells are making it).

This issue is more of a general visualization / interpretation of data. I'm not sure that it is testing specific hypotheses so it may not naturally fit with the current analysis framework.

Of course, the information is already there when the clustering is done so it is possible to output such plots - I just need to think of a way to work it in a non-confusing way because I think they are fundamentally different issues. Does that make sense?
