Inform user if no FCS files are found in specified directory

Can be caused if FCS files do not have .FCS or .fcs extension.

Right now it results in the unhelpful error of:

simpleWarning in matrix(align.tmp[(2 - pos):(ncol(x) + 1)], nrow = nrow(x), ncol = ncol(x) + : data length exceeds size of matrix
