Allow comparison of percentiles other than medians #53

It would be useful to be able to compare any percentile values of a marker between groups. For example a user might be interested in learning whether the 90th percentile value of a particular marker is different between groups.

I like this idea and was thinking about it a few days ago. If implemented, we could just replace the “medians” feature with the 50% percentile.
