In the citrusOutput directory that’s created (should be in the same directory as the data), there should be a file called citrusOutput.log and runCitrus.R. Can you send both in an e-mail to bruggner@stanford.edu?
-R

I've been trying to mess around in citrus and figure out how to analyze .fcs files. Unfortunately, every time I try to run citrus, I get an error showing up in R. These are the last two lines that appear:
missing values and NaN's not allowed if 'na.rm' is FALSE Error during wrapup: cannot open the connection
Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a problem with my .fcs files, or with some setting I have in R or citrus?
Thanks.
