So I'm trying to use updatePanel() and I'm getting an error that says the Channel Parameter was not found for each of my files. I'm only getting this error for the first six parameters, but it's in each of my files. What's especially confusing is that when I look at the files in FlowJo, all the parameters are there.
These FCS files were previously converted to CSV so I could normalize the data in Excel, and I used FlowJo to convert them back to FCS files.
