There is no SPADE tab under plugins in Cytoscape #113

I have downloaded R and Cytoscape to use with FlowJo files and created files to load into Cytoscape but there is no SPADE tab, even though i have successfully added the plugins in R. Not sure what to do now, help please, Nina

We're no longer supporting the cytoscape plug-in unfortunately. Several alternatives are now listed in the readme.
