Output for X-shift standalone #16

Hello,

I have recently been looking into using the x-shift standalone to bypass the need for a GUI. I have run a sample dataset and the output was an FCS file and a .gmp. When using Vortex the output is different. We have been taking the raw clustering data (calculate group statstic for specific K value) and plugging that into an excel file. Is there a way to extract that same data from the FCS/gmp files that are generated through x-shift standalone?

My apologies it's FCS and .gml that's generated.

Is there a way of importing the clusters from x-shift standalone into the GUI? If so, users can save time by running the computation extensive tasks on a server.
