Dear prof Nolan,

I'm a student in China and I want to analysis my mass cytometry with your tool. However, there is no file named "VorteX.jar" in the source code. Could you please help me on how to launch it locally in my computer?

Best

Thanks for your immediately reply. This works well in windows. However, it still can not run in debian.

Hoping for the newer version.

Best!

I could launch the application in Ubuntu and Centos using this command:

java -Xmx4G -cp "VorteX.jar" vortex.gui.frmMain
