I've been exploring the VorteX Clustering Environment tool and i'm very fond of it! I especially love the FDL, it is very beautiful.
However, i've been experiencing some issues lately that is quite frustrating. I have a 40 fcs file dataset of a total of 1.2 *10^6 cells. I cant subsample more, i need as many cells as i can get as im looking for changes signal transduction in "rare" cell subsets.
After the algorithm has been running and finishing over night, if i close and open the software, the clustering is gone. The dataset is there (sometimes), but with no clustering. I can see that the .log file has been updated.
I even did a "merge by terms" in one of the clusterings, but still the results was not saved after close/open. This has happened a few times now, and i cant see a pattern. Is the clustering too big to be saved/loaded again?

Force the database to update?
