feat: add WebTransport API #51

In development in multiple browsers. Will be using https://github.com/libp2p/js-libp2p-webtransport for an upcoming demo, and thought it should probably be in your list of tests.

Sorry, this project is unmaintained and I don't have the energy to run it anymore! Sadly I think the build/test scripts aren't even working anymore. :disappointed:
