Follow icon visibility #2287

When using pitch dark theme (perhaps the same for others colour themes), the follow/unfollow icon is hard to see.

This will be improved and fixed in majority of cases with https://github.com/nolanlawson/pinafore/pull/2277 but we need to rethink the transparent background of profile pages as it can compromise the contrast still.

I should have done this when I opened the issue. This is how it looks under Safari on iOS:
