Approve / reject follow request from profile #2348

When I'm on someone's profile and they have an active request out to follow me, I'd like to be able to see that and accept or reject it right there on their profile.

This will make it less tedious to go through the list, and also help me out if I just happen across someone's profile who happens to have requested & I haven't responded yet.
