add built files to docs/ directory #77

This change will allow us to manage pokedex.org almost entirely through GitHub. The docs/ directory will contain the built assets which will be served via GitHub Pages. The only remaining non-GitHub thing is the CouchDB server located at https://couchdb.nolanlawson.com.
