- Upgrade to Inferno 4
- add package-lock, since npm has that now
- run tslint --fix over whole project

also uh if the travis CI build works I think this is fine

6 years ago Yeah package-lock keeps the package version fixed when deploying https://docs.npmjs.com/files/package-lock.json
