money should be added per member each turn (or every X turns?)

Looks to me like $5 per member / per turn is being added to the dues via the function call game.frat.update() in the function results() of controller.js. Maybe this is ok if we're raising the prices of all of the items to buy (e.g. a swimming pool costs $1000).
