Add more quests a goal indicators

Need way to visibly show goals for money, membership, gpa, etc. Right now only works for the 4 skills. Also, add more quests corresponding to these goals.

Here's an idea for a goal: "Accumulate enough reputation point for your fraternity in a school year to achieve the title of Frat House Tycoon" A school year could consist of 12 turns. Then maybe 1200 rep = tycoon, 1100-1200 rep = apprentice, etc.
