UTF probems with Blip.TV and You tube video plugins

hi
category list shows right ä,ö characters
but same category text what is in titlebar, shows example 'ä' = '/xe4'

could you test now.

would you also test, flickr, picasa, cnn video and any other plugin i did. i'm 
sure 
there are others broken.

sorry but, it not change anything :(  picasa and flickr is same problem.
But don't worry,  is not big and important problem. i try check it again later

it is a big deal.

could you try youtube again. really test it, by searching for photos with 
special 
characters. if that works for you i have a fix for all of them.

tested:
picasa, flickr, youtube shows filename and category names now right.
blip.tv, shows category names right and maybe filenames also, if it is used in
filenames (no found now).
