Allow use of TED subtitles #35

TED offers a number of subtitles for every talk. Right now the plugin does
not allow you to select any of them.

Ideally the plugin settings would allow you to specify a "default" subtitle
and use XBMC audio menu "Search for subtitles" option control or any other
solution to change the subtitle language between the ones available for
that particular TED talk.

The functionality of the "Default subtitle" setting might be as follows:

Unset (by default) -- No subtitle shown 
Set to Language X  -- TED plugin will show the video with the corresponding
language subtitle if present.
If Language X not present by default show a dialog box with available
subtitles for the talk so the user can choose a fallback one or "escape"
and watch the video without subtitles.

In any case the "Search/Select" subtitles will always be available during
video playback.

Does this request completly close ? or there is a hope to see this feature ?
It's a wonderful plugin but think non english people miss subtitle option lot ;)

I'm italian and I'd need italian subs to TED talks in order to understand 
completely what it is been said...

Current development is taking place at

Funnily enough this issue was filed a couple of days ago as 
https://github.com/moreginger/xbmc-plugin.video.ted.talks/issues/10

I don't know exactly how feasible it is but it seems technically possible, and 
is obviously important. I'm hoping to work on it soon.
