Name of card unclear #104

(Sjoerd) What should I type here? Just the printed name? Or the name in English? Or something that I can recognize the card by? If the name in English then autocomplete would be nice. Good to add language and foil options and set options. (David) Would like flag for promo/foil and choice of set

User should enter printed name in English for now. (Later could include other languages, however we may be able to recognize name from image.) Autocomplete is not just nice but mandatory, because we want to control things that can be entered in this field. Card is identifiable mainly by Name+Set+Language+Foilyness (there are some complications which don't matter for now). So we should allow these fields to be entered. As discussed, this is not something that the card should be recognized by. We will have card ID, but maybe need another identifying field.
