Issue Description:
Our assets table is a crucial tool for our users to manage and track various assets. To enhance functionality and usability, especially as the volume of assets managed by our users increases, we propose the introduction of a "Single Transfer" button and a checkbox to toggle the visibility of small balances.
Proposed Solution:
Single Transfer Button: Introduce a "Single Transfer" button at the top of the assets table. This button will facilitate quicker and more direct asset transfer operations directly from the table interface.
Toggle for Small Balances: Implement a checkbox labeled "Show Small Balances." This will allow users to choose whether to view or hide entries with small balances, making it easier to manage large numbers of asset entries without removing the existing "Show Small Balances" functionality.
The Balance column on mobile devices should be aligned to the right.
When switching between the 'Send' and 'Receive' sections during a transfer, the selected network and аsset in each section are not retained. The last selected network/asset should be remembered.
