ipa info could not run correctly

i update xcode to 12.3, then use ipa info,the wrong msg is below,how to solve it ,thanks

-bash: /usr/local/bin/ipa: /System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/2.3/usr/bin/ruby: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
