DataTextFileParser missing? #12

The parser writing documentation at https://nomad-lab.eu/prod/rae/docs/parser.html#structured-data-files-with-numpy mentions DataTextFileParser, however I can't find it anywhere.

@ladinesa I guess this was moved/renamed? Please update the documentation.

@ondracka I shortened the name to DataTextParser and forgot to update the documentation. I will do so in the next commit. Thank you for pointing it out.

Fix merged into v0.10.4, will be on central NOMAD after the next release.
