parserMetadata.json should be autogenerated #20

Just a minor thing I noticed, that the LOBSTER parser is not in the list of parsers, for example at the uploads page. The list seems to be constructed from the gui/src/parserMetadata.json and the commit to add LOBSTER missed it. However all the data there is actually also in the corresponding metadata.yaml files of the specific parsers, so the file could be in theory autogenerated from that removing the need to update it for new parsers.
