README.md improvements for NomadBSD #142

Hi,

I've improved the README file by adding links and sections to make it more readable. Also removed the screenshot section and placed it under the header to make it more visually appealing.

I hope you like the new structure of this file, just let me know if you have anything in your mind related to this README file. I can add new features and other stuff.
