PERC Access & Date Selection #99

  1. It would be helpful if the NAE action dropdown menu had the PERC option added so that we don't have to view the record in order to access the PERC screen to add a restriction.

  2. The calendar selection button for the restrictions on the PERC screen do not work when clicked on.

PERC has been added to the dropdown and the calendar issue is now fixed.
