[Bug]: Mikio Does Not Work With Book Creator Plugin #26

Hello and good day, I am experimenting with Mikio template, and I love it, although I did try to install Book Creator Plugin and an error was generated, the error does not persist in default Doku Wiki template. Please see screen shot attached, and thank you in advance! Book Creator Error

Thanks for reporting this issue johncourtland. I will try to get into this next week. As it seems to be a CSS issue, it will need to wait until I complete #23 which will modify how CSS is implemented in Mikio (and hopefully fix this at the same time)

The missing ini is fixed, however there are still some issues with the compatibility between the theme and the BookCreator plugin. Mainly with the menu icons/text related to BookCreator not being displayed correctly.

This seems to be due to some behind the scenes changes the plugin does to the page structure in its script.js file (updatePage function)
