Really like this nice clean theme. However, it doesn't seem to support the struct plugin? I have tables in my wiki in the form

---- struct table ----
schema   : myschema
cols     : myfield1,myfield2
csv      : 0
----

which should display a table based on 'myschema' but instead the above appears as text.

Apologies, this does not appear to have been caused by the mikio theme.
