Dokuwiki's access keys do not work in mikio template #64

Dokuwiki's default access keys do not work in this template. I just used to use a subset ot the keys, e.g. alt + shift + e to open a page for editing, alt + shift + s to save a page that I'm currently editing, alt + shift + x to open the sitemap. I find these very useful and use them a lot in everyday life - would be very happy if these were available here, too.
