cant load custom plugins #2

I made custom plugin to load into the client, however it does not get loaded in. I cannot see in console if a plugin is successfully loaded or not. Also how do I enable IFEO mode?

Its worth noting I used the install script and put the plugin in preload folder before running the bat installer. here is what im trying to load in, I already put in in preload folder. (I changed format to json so github would let me upload it) debloater.json
