Feature request: Outline in separate pane #58

Desktop PDF viewers such as Adobe Reader and Okular have the outline in a 
left-hand pane, which allows you to quickly find what you're looking for when 
browsing through a book. This feature would be most useful on tablets which 
have larger screens.
