Feature request

Any LLM which could work with russian language.

For example, it may be possible to import this https://github.com/yandex/YaLM-100B

Motivation

Russian text processing is a hot topic for many OSINTers who involved in Ru-Ua conflict

Did you try this https://huggingface.co/TheBloke/vicuna-13B-v1.5-GGML ? It has very good Russian, especially in translation.
