[Feature] Filters or searchbars for list of models

Add search bars for

• [ ] choose model dropdown
• [ ] Installed models
• [ ] Officially supported models. Optional: First disentangle officially supported models from remote models. (Depends on https://github.com/nomic-ai/gpt4all/issues/2525)
• [ ] Embedding models. Optional: First add separate tab for embedding models. (Depends on https://github.com/nomic-ai/gpt4all/issues/2523)

Reasons:

1. It is hard to find models when having many of them (especially in the choose model dropdown).
2. It is hard to find officially supported downloadable models by GPT4All with the search bar.

Related feature request in 'Explore Models': filter by hardware requirements e.g. memory, storage

Additional filters for Explore Models would be very welcome. I only download Quant q4_0 models and only up to a certain File size. This would be very helpful in finding the right model for my system.
